We work with small-scale farms and use the whole cacao bean. All our formulations are 60% cacao, but it tastes darker because we don't use conventional sugar. I didn't notice a difference. The worst part is they taste bad. I'm not able to eat them unless I chug it with something to mask the bitter taste. I regretted buying 30... should've got the sampler.
