We work with small scale farms, and use the whole cacao bean. All our formulations are 60% cacao but it tastes like 70% because we don’t use sugar. We use Allulose instead, which comes from sources like fig, kiwi and corn. It’s a natural thing, not synthetic or artificial so the result is a rich, nutty flavor with hints of earthiness and bright flavors.
